Free — ask me anything
Get your questions answered.
AI for business, building websites and AI agents without being a developer, making your own images, biology and training at home. Different subjects, one idea — understand how something works and you need less to get results. Whatever I cover in a video, you can go deeper on it here. My agent knows what I know, and it's available at any hour.
Start with one of these, or ask your own.
You might have a question a video didn't answer. I can't get to everyone personally, so I trained an agent on what I know — ask it anything on this page and it will go as deep as you want. It knows the specifics: the exact process behind an image, the actual weights and sets, how the pieces of a business connect. If you'd rather reach me, or you want to work on something together, tell the agent and it will pass it along.

What AI is actually good at, what it isn't, and how the pieces of a business connect. Not magic, not Skynet.
Twice a week, three sets, light weight, basic equipment. Understand levers and you stop needing machines.
Watched one and still have questions?
Making images
Same process. Four different jobs.
Sketch on paper first, then ChatGPT, then Claude when I don't know how to ask for what I want, then Midjourney to refine, then Photoshop at the end just to lift the light. The tools render it. You still have to see it first.
Ask about the process behind any of these.
Training at home
This is the whole gym.
Adjustable dumbbells, a smaller set for curls, a bench, and a strap hanging on a door frame. That's it.
I used to train at a real gym with every machine available, and I got less out of it than I get out of this. Not because the gym was bad — because I had tools and no knowledge. Now I have almost no tools and I understand levers, mechanical disadvantage, and where the load actually goes. I can make twenty pounds harder than thirty by changing an angle.
I train at home because of my kids and my schedule. If you like the gym environment, go — that's a real reason. But you don't need the equipment. You need to know what you're doing with it.
In August 2022 I had a coaching call with Doug Brignole and I recorded it. He answered questions I'd had for years, and two months later he was gone. Ask me about it — I'm glad to share what he told me.
Ask how I train around bad joints.
Why I do this
I share this because it was hard for me.
I came to this country in 1994, eleven years old, with no English. Three years later I was fourteen, working at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, explaining art to English-speaking strangers. I turned fifteen there, and went back at sixteen. That's where the teaching started, and the instinct never left.
I taught high school biology before I moved into tech, and that's really the whole thing about me. Biology is the study of how a system works — how a body carries load, how a population changes, how an ecosystem holds together. I never stopped doing that. I just started doing it to companies, to software, to my own training. Nobody handed me a shortcut on any of it. I got it wrong first and was stubborn about it.
There's a story I keep coming back to. When CGI arrived, Phil Tippett — the stop-motion animator behind the original Jurassic Park — said out loud that he was extinct. Spielberg kept him anyway, because his crew knew how an animal carries its weight and no computer knew that. The toolbox changed. The knowledge didn't.
That's why I still re-cut audio on movie scenes for fun. One of the T-Rexes in The Lost World sounded wrong to me, so I replaced it with the original's. Premiere didn't know the sound was off. I did.
So everything here is free. Take it, use it, do it yourself — that's the point. And if you get stuck, or you'd rather have someone build it with you, just ask.
